Add or change the billing address

Who can use this feature?

🔐 Only team owners and admins can add or change the billing address.

To add or change the billing address

Your billing address can be added or changed through your subscription receipts. The receipts are sent to your billing email address and can also be accessed through your team settings:

  1. Open your Team settings by opening the main menu in the top left corner of the app, clicking on your team name, and then choosing Team settings.

  2. Go to the Plans & Billing section, click on the three dots next to your plan, and select View billing history.

  3. Click VIEW to open a receipt.

  4. Click on Add address & VAT number in the receipt.

  5. Enter your address and click Save.
