Change the billing email and address

Who can use this feature?

🔐 Only team owners and admins can change the billing email and address.

To change the billing email and address

  1. Open your Team settings by opening the main menu in the top left corner of the app, clicking on your team name, and then choosing Team settings.

  2. Go to the Plans & Billing section, click on the More button (three dots) next to Billing info, and select Edit billing info.

  3. Enter your new billing email and/or address and click SAVE BILLING INFO.
