You can filter items based on any field you have set up in your workspace. This allows you to single out the items marked with a certain field, for example, all items where the field "Priority" is set to "High".

This filter is limited to the currently open workspace.

To filter by field

1. Type + in the search bar or click on the search icon and select Add search filter.

2. Select the field you want to filter by.

3. Select the field value. Only the items with that field value will be displayed.

To filter by field in the table view

To filter by field in the table view, you can also:

1. Right-click any field column header (or click on the three dots ⋮ next to it).

2. Select Filter.

3. Select the field value. Only the items with that field value will be displayed.
