Embed spreadsheets from Microsoft Excel

Who can use this feature?

🔐 Only workspace members with full access can embed spreadsheets from Microsoft Excel.

⭐️ Available on all plans.

Microsoft Excel is a spreadsheet editor developed by Microsoft. Excel spreadsheets can be easily embedded in Nuclino by copying and pasting the link into an empty paragraph.

To embed a spreadsheet from Microsoft Excel

  1. Open the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet in SharePoint or OneDrive for Business.

  2. Copy the URL from the browser address bar.

  3. Open Nuclino and navigate to the item you'd like to embed the spreadsheet in.

  4. Paste the URL into an empty paragraph.

  5. An embed of the spreadsheet will be automatically created.

Users will only be able to see the live embed if they are logged into their Microsoft account with access to the document.

If you'd like to paste the original URL as is, without embedding it, use the Undo shortcut (Ctrl/Cmd + Z) after pasting the link.
