Use tasks

Who can use this feature?

☞ Only workspace editors can edit tasks.

☆ Available on free and paid plans.

  • Completed task.

  • Next task.

Creating a task using markdown

  1. Open the page in which you'd like to add a task.

  2. Move your cursor in a new empty paragraph where you'd like to add the task.

  3. Type [ ] followed by a space.

  4. Write down a task behind the checkbox.

  5. To mark it as complete, simply click on the checkbox.

Creating a task using the insert menu

  1. Open the page in which you'd like to add a task.

  2. Move your cursor in a new empty paragraph.

  3. Click on the insert button, a red + icon.

  4. Select Insert task ([ ]). A checkbox appears.

  5. Write down a task behind the checkbox.

  6. To mark it as complete, simply click on the checkbox.
