Advanced security controls allow team owners and admins to:

• Disable public item sharing for the entire team.

• Restrict access to the following features, so that only the owner and the admins of your team are allowed to use them:

  • Item export

  • Public workspace creation (including duplication)

  • Private workspace creation (including duplication)

  • Workspace export

To use advanced security controls

1. Open your Team settings by opening the main menu in the top left corner of the app, clicking on your team name, and then choosing Team settings.

   

2. Go to the section Security.

3. Click on the toggle next to the features you wish to restrict. A green toggle indicates that the feature restriction is enabled.
