Sort a collection
Who can use this feature?
🔐 Only workspace editors can sort collections.
⭐️ Available on all plans.
You can change the order of the items and sub-collections within a collection by:
Manually reordering them using drag-and-drop
Automatically sorting them in the alphabetical or numerical order
To sort a collection
Go to the workspace that contains the collection you'd like to sort.
Click on the three dots
⋮next to the collection (or right-click it) and select Sort ascending or Sort descending.The contents of the collection will be instantly sorted.
The sorting order will only apply to the current contents of the collection. When you add new items or sub-collections to the collection, they will not be automatically sorted.
