Sort a collection
Who can use this feature?
🔐 Only workspace members with full access can sort collections.
⭐️ Available on all plans.
You can change the order of the items and sub-collections within a collection by:
Manually reordering them using drag-and-drop
Automatically sorting them
This can be done in the list view, board view, trash, and archive.
To sort a collection
Open the workspace that contains the collection you'd like to sort (in the list view, board view, trash, or archive).
Click on the three dots
⋮next to the collection (or right-click it).Select Sort.
Choose what to sort by and the sort direction, then click Sort.
The sorting order will only apply to the current contents of the collection. When you add new items or sub-collections to the collection, they will not be automatically sorted.
