Publishing a workspace

Publishing your workspace is quick and easy – no coding required!

Go to the Publishing section in the workspace settings.
Click on the toggle next to Publish as website.
Done! Your workspace is now live as a public website.

Who can publish?

Team owners and admins with editing permissions can publish workspaces. Make sure roles and permissions are assigned responsibly.

What happens when you publish?

Your workspace becomes accessible to anyone on the web and discoverable via search engines, such as Google or Bing.

Managing a published workspace

Editing

Your website stays up-to-date automatically. Whenever you edit your workspace, the changes are reflected on your published site, so your audience always sees the latest version.

Every item in a published workspace is marked with a "Published online" indicator, helping team members stay aware while editing and preventing accidental sharing of sensitive content.

Customizing

You can personalize your website in the Publishing section in the workspace settings.

Set your domain

On the Starter plan, you can choose a subdomain on nuclino.site. For example, my-workspace.nuclino.site.
On the Business plan, you can connect your own custom domain.

Customize the website heading

Add a friendly or practical title above the search bar, like "How can we help?" for a help center or "Explore our resources" for a knowledge base.

Create rich content

Use headings, lists, and tables to clearly structure the information.
